Transportation Assistance Requests

• If there is someone who cannot use Uber/Lift/Hart Bus and has a health or safety need, please enter a ticket, and the transportation team will triage and contact the customer.

• Customer transportation requests can be entered as Event Type - Transportation Assistance Requests.

• However, until the roadway conditions are safe for the County's transportation partners, there may be a delay in response.

• If the caller/subject feels they are in imminent danger and/or do not have what they need to survive, such as (but not limited to) life-sustaining medications or power for life-sustaining medical devices, advise them to hang up and call 9-1-1.
