The preferred way for residents to report issues with downed wires or poles is to contact TECO (Pronounced “Tee-Co”) directly, as they have more resources and are better equipped to assist with these issues.

Outages or downed power lines can be reported online at https://outage.tecoenergy.com/ or by calling 1-877-588-1010.
Inform customers to stay away from downed utility lines and not to touch wires under any circumstances.
